OpenForum functionality is based on the CodeProject Forum written by Uwe Keim and Chris Maunder. It's another great OpenSource forum project, but their implementation uses a server-side C++ ActiveX Dll which might not be feasible all the time. So I've tried to develop similar functionality with pure ASP. This is how OpenForum has started.
