		IE 5.0 + and personnel web server or IIS

After installing on your pws run the file "login.html" and
 if you happen to be the new user pl. register your name for logging in . 
Registeration is not on any website it's on your system only .

For your convience or trial, use "y" as login name and "yy" as password
or you can also register .
