4. How many characters Per Message is Allowed? The database is Set to allow up to 250
(textfield). If you want to set it greater than that value, you should get a guestbook
^_^. I choosed 240

6. How long (How many characters) would you like to allow for a word in a message. confusing? X_O
Scenario:
User just bumped into your website and notice how cute the shoutbox is. Decided to flood
you sBox with garbage like long single word. there goes your Shoutbox. Your shoutbox will
increase it's width like crazy to accomodate the lenght of a single word. :(. Your shoutbox
will handle up to 25 wordlenght in one line. i Choose 24 *_^

The form is set to hold up to 15 Characters I suggest 15.

12. Reserved Nicknames on the Shoutbox. These usernames cannot be used by other
users when posting in the shoutbox. Except the Administrator (You). Separate with "~" (tilde)
usually on your upper left of the keyboard below escape key. I used tilde because its not a reserved
word in SQL

13. Color of these nicknames in Shoutbox. Make it's readable on the shoutbox. I mean Do not
use white if the background of the shoutbox is white. O_X
