The temp folde is only for matching the real folder size which keeping 
the uploaded file until it match with the size of the required size.
If the 
         size of the file uploaded +  size of the realfolde  > 30 MB
         then
             it will delete the uploaded file form the tmep folder 
         else 
              it will transfer the file to the real folder
our real folder is fSize Folder.
Please delete the readme files from the temp folder and the fSize folder
its only there because for the zip file making in xp window its not allow
the empty folders to be compressed.
