To start off, just put all the *.asp files into a virtual directory, says PSCodeCountDown (localhost/PsCodeCountDown)
Then browse for TestCountDown.asp (localhost/PSCodeCountDown/TestCountDown.asp) and Have Fun!

Note: The main function is in CountDownEngine.asp.
